How often should my vehicle be serviced?
Either 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever is first or when recommended by your manufacturer as all cars can be very different.

How early can my car be MOT’d before it expires?
You can get your car MOT’d up to 30days before its due date.

How long does an MOT take to complete?
An MOT usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. During this time you are welcome to wait in our reception area and enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or cold drink, or alternatively leave your vehicle with us and come back at an agreed time later in the day.

Is your work fully guaranteed?
Parts are generally guaranteed for at least 12 months

Do you offer a pick up and drop off service?
This depends on the precise nature of the work required and your location so please call 01233 665007 to discuss further

Will you carry out additional work without consulting me?
Occasionally we uncover further problems whilst carrying out work on your vehicle, however we would never carry out any additional work without consulting you first.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes all prices are with standard VAT with the exception of MOT testing which is not subject to VAT.

Do you have a waiting room?
We have a comfortable reception area where you can enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee or cold drink whilst waiting for you vehicle. There is even a selection of toys to keep your little ones happy while you wait.

Do I need to make an appointment?
We generally have good availability, but it is always advisable to ring 01233 665007 and book an appointment to best suit you and we can then be sure we have the time to give you the help and advice you need and avoid any unnecessary waiting.

Do you service and repair any make and model of vehicle?
We can carry out work on virtually all makes and models of vehicles. Our trained mechanics have many years of experience in the motor trade, and their vast knowledge enables them to find the best solution to almost any mechanical problem encountered.

We accept payment by cash, credit and debit cards.

Do you offer credit facilities?
We do not offer credit facilities to personal clients at this time.

I own a fleet of vehicles. Can I open an account for servicing multiple vehicles?
